Copying a Document Record

Documents can be copied into a new document record to expedite the document creation process for documents that have similar properties.

  1. From the Document record, click Action > Copy.
  2. Enter the revision of the source document, if applicable.
  3. Click the Save button.
    Result: The new Document record is displayed.
